On Sunday, Miranda Hart announced her new book ‘I haven’t been entirely honest with you’. I am RIDICULOUSLY excited. I’m intrigued to find out why she is so vocal to support people with chronic illness. I’ve never been so excited to read a book and learn about her experiences and life lessons. I pre-ordered it on Audible as I imagine her voice reading it will have comic timing and add extra layers of joy!
Coincidentally, on Thursday, three days before the annoucement, I chose this picture of Miranda to draw in my ‘rainbow bubbles of collective effervescence’ portrait style. I drew it Monday, ordered the tshirt from Redbubble on Tuesday and it arrived already, Friday. I will proudly wear it everywhere!
I loved Miranda in her show, ‘Miranda’ and as ‘Chummy’ in ‘Call the Midwife’. She is an absolute gem of a human being.
I thank her profoundly for all she’s doing for people with chronic illness. I hope she is ok, and I hope through it all she is indeed having ‘such fun!’
