I have exciting news! Announcing the debut of ‘Rainbow Bubbles of Collective Effervescence’ – 50+ ByShi Portraits, sunflowers and original artworks by Shiloh Moore at Montville Reflection Gallery, 152 Main St, Montville Oct 4th to Nov 29th, 2025, open 10am – 3pm daily.
Since 2018 I have been drawing faces of people I love on the iPad, and sending it to them. Due to constant pain from severe Fibromyalgia and ME/CFS, I can only draw for about half an hour every four days and need physio and ‘wholehearted rest’ (resting with no stimulus) to recover. Despite this I have been prolific and over seven years I have drawn over 400 faces! This exhibit displays 50 public figures, most of whom I have also written to. Many have responded and are now friends!
From artists, to faith leaders, to politicians, to ME/CFS superstars, to singers, to musicals, to comedians, to authors, I have drawn some of my favourite people. Writing about our stories for this exhibition has been so much fun. I feel them all with me all the time and I never feel lonely or alone. I say to my friends ‘I am with you’ and love to live out in the world with you all, rather than being bedridden, stuck in my bed on my own in my room, in pain. I live out in the world with the people I love!
The artworks are not for sale, but I hope you can go and pose with your favourite artworks and tag ByShi Art by Shiloh Moore @byshi.art #byshiart and Montville Reflection Gallery on Facebook. I am with you! If you’re not able to attend in person, I hope you can join me in following these two pages.
May peace be with you.
Sending love and infinite light,
Shiloh Moore
